All orders are shipped via FedEx (your choice of either ground or air*). Your order is shipped frozen in a specially packed container to ensure you are getting a fresh, quality product - to that end, we do not ship orders on Thursdays or Fridays (orders received after 12:00 PM EST on Wednesday will not be processed until Monday 8:00 AM EST). Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, NexGen™ Foods can only provide full credit to goods that are damaged and unusable due to shipping and handling conditions. In the unlikely event that you have received damaged goods, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order and we will either replace the damaged items or refund you for any of the damaged goods returned to us. Eligible items must be returned in their original packaging (still sealed in their individual wrapping) in order to receive full credit for the return - no open or partially consumed items will be eligible for refund or replacement.

For returns, please have your order number available. You can either call us at (484) 532-1257 or email us at sales@nexgenfoods.com - you will be provided with a return authorization number, as well as all the information you need to return the product (please ship all returns to the address provided and not the warehouse or an additional 30% handling fee may apply). Once we receive the returned goods, a refund will be issued - returns must be received within 7 days of contacting us to be eligible for a full refund.
